Welcome to our weight loss workshop. Our goal is to understand our bodies better, eliminate the need for dieting, and adopt a healthier lifestyle. The workshop is divided into four weeks:
- Week 1: Introduction to the types of foods to eat, understanding hydration, digestion, and the importance of electrolytes. We’ll also discuss organizing your pantry and fridge, getting family support, and optionally recording weight and measurements.
- Week 2: Dive deeper into understanding how and why our bodies function the way they do. We’ll introduce the 80-20 rule, where 80% of the time you make excellent food choices and 20% you’re more lenient. This week also covers types of proteins, healthy fats, and the concept of intermittent fasting.
- Week 3: Addressing food intolerances, how to identify them, and tools to understand your metabolism.
- Week 4: Sharing success hacks for the future, including how to handle occasional indulgences in line with the 80-20 rule.
